streamline inpatient bed management, track discharge trends, and improve
hospital workflow using smart data dashboards and chart visualizations. We
operate purely as a business-to-business (B2B) service and do not collect or
process personal or medical patient data.
2. What We Collect
We only collect the following non-personal, operational data:
– Hospital and department names
– Number of total beds per department
– Number of currently occupied beds
– Number of patients expected to discharge today
– Number of patients possibly discharging tomorrow
– Number of long-stay patients
– User account information (admin/staff name, email)
We do not collect any of the following:
– Patient names, medical records, or ID numbers
– Diagnoses, clinical notes, or treatment history
– Health insurance or financial data
– Any information protected under HIPAA or similar health regulations
3. Use of Information
We use the operational data to:
– Generate charts, KPIs, and visual dashboards
– Provide real-time and forecasted bed utilization insights
– Help hospitals plan discharge and admission workflows
– Enable export of summary reports in visual formats (PDF, Word, Image)
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely using industry-standard protocols. We implement
strict access control to protect your admin and departmental data.
You remain the sole owner of all data input into your BedTrackPro account.
5. No HIPAA Data Handling
BedTrackPro does not require or process Protected Health Information
(PHI) and is not subject to HIPAA compliance, as it is not intended for direct
patient record storage or clinical use.
6. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party analytics and infrastructure providers for
performance monitoring and hosting. None of your operational data will be
shared with advertisers or external agencies.
7. User Control and Access
Administrators can:
– Create and manage hospital departments
– Add or remove staff user access
– View and export analytical reports
You can request deletion of your organizational account at any time by
contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
